Returns & Exhanges

I take pictures of all my pieces in natural light and without a flash. Keep in mind colors may vary depending on your screen settings and viewing on different devices. 

I do my best to describe each piece - metals used, size of item, ring size, gemstones, etc. If you aren’t sure about an item, don’t hesitate to reach out and I would be happy to provide any extra details you might need. You can always use a ruler to get a better idea of the size of the piece.

I put a lot of time creating each piece and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return for a refund or exchange as long as you follow the below steps:

1. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery. 

2. Contact me by email within 3 days of delivery to notify of your intent to return or exchange.

3. Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition, with its original packaging and all elements such as chains, jewelry cleaning cloth, etc. 

4. Shipping fees are not refundable and any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. An order can be canceled if it has not been shipped out. Once it is shipped, the above steps must be followed for refund or exchange.
