FAQ

Where do you ship?

Currently I am only shipping within the US. I ship via USPS Flat Rate. Whatever the current flat rate is with USPS, that is what your shipping cost will be.
I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays each week. Once your item is shipped, the time it should take to get to you is about 5-8 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item ships. Keep in mind I am a one woman show! Which means from making each piece, packing items and shipping is all done by me.

Can you resize the rings offered in your shop?

I do not offer resizing. It is best to know your ring size prior to making a purchase. To determine your ring size, you can visit a jeweler and they can provide you with the information. If you have purchased a ring and know the size of that ring, you can always go with that ring size. Keep in mind, if the size wasn’t determined by a jeweler, the ring size could vary. Rings can also fit differently depending on variables in our life such as hot and cold weather, weight fluctuations, etc.
Resizing a ring in sterling silver can include heating/resoldering which can damage your stone. It is very risky which is why I don’t offer resizing.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

With each purchase you will receive a small jewelry cleaning cloth. This should remove basic surface dirt and fingerprints. It will not remove natural tarnishing and oxidization of Sterling Silver as it’s not a polishing clothI would recommend purchasing a Sunshine Polishing cloth for this which can be found on Amazon. To prevent the natural tarnishing process, you can store your jewelry in tarnish-resistant cloths or bags.

The metals and natural gemstones in your jewelry are delicate and will stay in the best condition by following the best tips: Avoid wearing your jewelry while using household chemicals, cleaning products, washing dishes, washing hands, bathing, showering, etc. Do not wear your jewelry in swimming pools, hot tubs or saunas as this will ruin your jewelry. Avoid wearing your jewelry while exercising, applying lotions, make up, hair products and the like. This will help your jewelry to stay in the best condition!

For pieces which have an antiqued/patina finish, keep in mind this is a surface treatment. Avoid putting these pieces in a dip polishing method or using abrasive cleaning methods as this can remove the patina. If your piece has the patina in deep recesses and higher areas are shiny/satin finish, you can use your soft polishing cloth as long as you avoid the recessed areas.
